Christopher's Review on Docebo

Docebo Overview

Founded in 2005, Docebo is a cloud-based enterprise learning service that ranks among the world’s top 10 SaaS eLearning solutions. Trusted by more than 1,600 companies worldwide, including Thomson Reuters, Starbucks, Uber and Denny's, the Docebo Learning Platform brings together the enterprise LMS you need, the social learning experience your learners want, and the power of Artificial Intelligence to satisfy multiple use cases for both internal and external enterprise learning.

What Is The Docebo Learning Platform?

The Docebo Learning Platform automates learning management, facilitates informal learning applied in the flow-of-work, and personalizes the learner experience to produce deeper learning outcomes tied to business objectives.

Docebo is a highly secure online-only eLearning solution, which is also rich in features. As a trusted eLearning tool (1,600+ companies use it), Docebo can help deliver top-notch eLearning training programs and facilitate social learning to create a culture of continuous learning that drives, in both desktop and mobile learning environments.

AI-powered technology augments the Learner Experience by delivering the highest level of personalization with content curation and aggregation tools while automating menial, time-consuming tasks for L&D administrators.

With Docebo’s platform, you can deliver courses in different formats like formal (Docebo Learn LMS), external training for partners, customers, and members (Docebo Extended Enterprise), plus social and experiential learning activities (Docebo Coach & Share). Be it gamified Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Web-Based Training (WBT), or blended learning activities, it is fully scalable to track and deliver.

Courses And Types Of Learning Scenarios

Docebo is a software as a service learning platform that can be used as a complete training tool. From courses and exams to groups, chat, and forums you can create and manage all you need.

Docebo’s functionality and the way it helps navigate the learning experience will make your training excel. Your courses will be more engaging, making it easier to train and develop top talents.

All these can be accomplished through a blend of learning modalities. Such steps may include online courses, live and virtual Instructor-Led training classes, social learning, and experiential learning.

Seize the opportunity to benefit from Docebo’s tracking and reporting tools. You can assess your learning programs’ data easily and effectively to determine the ROI of your eLearning efforts. You can also create and run advanced custom reports by tracking various metrics, including course completion and User Engagement.

Docebo allows you to publish eLearning content in any format. Most importantly, it offers lightning-fast delivery and is able to handle nearly all types of learning objects. If your courses are packaged in SCORM, AICC, xAPI/Tin Can or unpackaged slides, you’ll have no issues.

Docebo makes it easy to simplify the way you manage content no matter its format. Uploading any file from any standard is easier than ever. You can create stunning courses effortlessly by taking advantage of Elucidat and Lectora integrations, while Docebo Pages gives administrators the power to completely design their learners’ UI and Learner Experience, end to end in minutes, by creating pages using drag-and-drop widgets as building blocks, without any coding skills required.

By using Docebo you can easily embed video content, but also unlock massive knowledge libraries. What’s more, you can do this at no cost with embedded Youtube, Vimeo and Wistia content. Docebo also allows you to combine multiple courses and learning objects to build sophisticated learning paths.

You can make training more exciting and fun with Docebo’s gamification functionality. What better way to engage users by using leaderboards and contests and then rewarding them with badges and awards?

Through Docebo you can support multiple portals and administration. It is a great tool to capture and uncover otherwise hidden value in User-Generated knowledge capital, but also identify your company’s skills and competency gaps.

Your L&D team can provide unlimited courses, without having to worry about storage and bandwidth.

Targeted Businesses

For anyone looking for a scalable and flexible solution, Docebo is one of the best ways to go. This cloud-based eLearning solution is designed to address the needs of businesses of any size, be it SMBs or Large Companies/Enterprises, everyone can benefit from this easy to use learning platform.

You can use Docebo to design and create courses for every department in your organization, segmenting those departments as audiences for role-specific learning activities, configuring the experience for each learner audiences using Docebo Pages, such as sales, marketing, HR (employee onboarding), customer training, etc.

What’s cool about Docebo is the fact that it is designed for eCommerce. Actually, it has a smooth integration with Stripe and Shopify. This awesome feature allows you to earn revenue by selling custom eLearning courses to external audiences. The latter functionality is widely appreciated by several entrepreneurs in the eLearning industry.

Setup And System Configuration

As a cloud-based eLearning solution, Docebo does not need an installation. This makes the implementation easier and faster. Docebo is easy to set up and maintain, this being one of the most significant benefits. You will not have to install any software, as everything lives online. Docebo handles updates to the system automatically, including new features integrations. Another thing to note is that Docebo is multi-browser friendly.

You can use this cloud-based functionality to grow your company’s ever-evolving training needs. Being a SaaS Learning Platform allows seamless collaboration and distribution to your workforce, no matter where they are. Offering mobile training to on-the-go employees is what Docebo does best.

Cloud-based eLearning platforms are dependable since no internal IT support is required. You can rely on their online customer support. After all, everything is installed on Docebo’s server.

License Model/Pricing

Docebo employs a flexible pricing model based on the number of monthly active users. To be considered active, a learner must consume training content OR a Discover, Coach & Share asset (as of 4/2/19) for the respective month. If they log in, check their calendar, and search for something, they are not considered an active user for that month.

Docebo customers also have the flexibility of choosing their AWS hosting location across 6 locations (England, Canada, the US, Ireland, Germany, Australia).

Since their pricing model is scalable, they offer custom quotes depending on the size of the company and how many users are going to log in.

Integrations

You can activate several integrations within Docebo. Third-party LMS Integrations can help you extend your Docebo capabilities by using additional features, SSO and third-party applications. Salesforce.com, Shopify, LinkedIn Learning, and other new third-party app integrations will come in handy.

You can connect your Docebo eLearning platform with your Drupal, Joomla, or WordPress installation. There is another app that allows you to combine Docebo with Elucidat. You can also use the Google Analytics app. In addition, you can integrate your Google Drive or even create material for your eLearning courses in Lectora and then publish them to Docebo.

You can find substantial out-of-the-box capabilities for coaching, sharing, and mentoring. Support for User-Generated Content is handled via the Docebo Coach & Share modules, providing learners the opportunity to contribute learning content of their own, have it vetted by internal Subject Matter Experts, and share that content among peers of their choosing. Meanwhile, Docebo’s Artificial Intelligence engine automatically tags new content to improve categorization and search, making content easier to find within the platform, while also generating a list of learners who may find a particular piece of content most useful, making it easier to uncover value in User-Generated Content by making sure it is shared with the people who will value it most.

Feature Highlights

Docebo offers plenty of features that are used in most online training platforms.

For example, they offer course creation, you have the ability to create assessments, you are able to track and analyze course data, plus an eCommerce functionality.

The built-in eCommerce capabilities might come in handy, especially for entrepreneurs who want to sell their custom courses and learning content.

Additionally, Docebo offers a number of features that go beyond the standard expectations. Such features are gamification (a strong asset to boost employee engagement), a free 14-day trial, custom (and multiple) domains via Docebo’s multidomain app, a stellar mobile learning experience (plus the ability to create your own mobile learning app with the Docebo Mobile App Publisher).

Another noteworthy product feature is that Docebo has added more language ”localization” opportunities. Now, you have the ability to add or modify existing translations.

Pros/Cons Of Docebo

As a modern learning platform, Docebo offers a neat User Experience. Having easy integration with business systems (such as CRM) makes it a go-to tool. The free trial is really useful by allowing you to get a feel for the platform and to test out various features that will work for you. The trial will also walk you through the basics of setting up the platform for your needs to give you a better idea of what’s ahead once it’s time to implement the system. This platform is highly customizable and offers great multiple-language support. You can benefit immensely if you have an international audience. Docebo, being a flexible eLearning tool, will assist you in achieving just about everything.

Its flexible pricing model, automated learning management capabilities, social learning potential, and eCommerce features make it ideal.

What I admire most is being able to conduct training sessions anytime, anywhere. Docebo is an agile eLearning platform that makes tracking training performance seem effortless.

I really like the way Docebo looks and works. It offers great UX, which is important to keep motivation and engagement among learners high. Additionally, creating pages is an easy and enjoyable process. I found the ready-made widgets extremely useful, which is great for those who don’t have coding experience.

The Docebo platform has a clean and up-to-date feel. Its environment is very easy to use and navigate, for both internal and external users. Its off-the-shelf features and customization variety are two of its greatest assets.

One of the best selling points of Docebo is its ability to meet the learning needs of any company, no matter the size.

The 14-day trial period is ok for someone who wants to check the basic features, however, some users might need a bit longer to test everything. On the other hand, if you do find that most features and functionalities meet your needs, you can start with a small plan.

User Satisfaction

You should opt for Docebo especially if you need an enterprise learning tool that will help your employees learn quickly and efficiently. This full-featured, cloud-based learning platform has all the necessary features to do just that. Docebo can help you implement convenient, engaging and effective learning in no time.

Docebo’s functionality allows users to organize courses with the appropriate customization. It is a great platform to create material that needs desktop and mobile distribution. Another awesome feature our L&D team enjoyed was the ability to drag-and-drop widgets when setting up learning dashboards.

Docebo is the ideal learning platform for employees, partners, and customers. Its flexibility and easy to use UI are what make it stand out from the crowd. With Docebo you can create courses in just a few clicks even if your users are not tech-savvy.

There might occasionally be some bugs with new releases, but all in all the experience is superb.

Customer Support

First of all, as a SaaS learning platform, Docebo offers online support 24/7, so there is always someone from the customer support department available to address any of your concerns. The implementation of the live chat to troubleshoot issues is an interesting touch as well. In any case, Docebo’s customer support is professional and deals with issues promptly. Don’t worry, they’ll keep your data safe from harm!

Also, it would be great to review Docebo’s Knowledge Base. This award-winning resource is full of easy-to-find how-to guides and other information about Docebo and its multitude of functionalities.

Benefitting From Docebo

Docebo’s interface is pretty easy to navigate, making onboarding new hires very easy, keeping them from feeling lost within the platform and able to complete onboarding activities efficiently and effectively.

Since it is extremely difficult to find such a platform, Docebo can solve any restraints and make sure that new employees complete their onboarding successfully. There is a variety of solutions out there and, unfortunately, most are too confusing. This is not the case with Docebo. Your employees will be ready to start working on assigned projects from the very beginning. This makes it easier for your L&D team to benefit because they can understand how their programs are being received, the effectiveness of them, and they can identify areas in order to further optimize.

By using modules and editing tools you can build the environment you want. In this way, you can create courses and content that drives engagement. Docebo is great for those who would like to transition to self-guided learning. It makes the creation of microlearning a piece of cake. Even if your employees are not that into technology, they’ll need minimal training to share their own content.

With Docebo, you’ll find it easy to add eLearning/SCORM content. Actually you have a lot of options regarding the content you can add (ie. Tin Can/video/SCORM). You can also take advantage of learner progress reporting either via Docebo’s platform or via export to XLS/CSV spreadsheets.

What do you like best? The out of the box tool are great for a team with minimum resources. If you are starting your implementation journey, you will have enough to go live. The CSS/HTML customization is a plus, and Docebo provides resources for those that do not know coding.
What do you dislike? The reports feature is good, but it could be enhanced. If you lean heavily on course surveys, this is a gap in the platform. You can have surveys but to pull reporting for it is very cumbersome.

What do you like best? The ability to customise the user experience at a very granular level while still maintaining the ease of use you would expect for a system like this
What do you dislike? Some of the integrations could be better, especially with Go1. It's not bad, but it could be better. The Shape AI authoring tool was pretty terrible, but they have fixed that. I really don't like that we have to pay extra for that, though

What do you like best? The ability to build custom UI and experiences for the end user is a key part of why I like Docebo. Our clients love their experience there.
What do you dislike? Some of the reporting functionality leaves a bit to be desired. Also, the inability to duplicate Learning Plans, among other things, is frustrating at times.

What do you like best? Docebo has truly impressed us with its intuitive user interface and robust functionality. The platform’s ease of use makes it simple to get up and running quickly, which has been invaluable for our team. Training others to use it has been equally straightforward, thanks to its clear navigation and user-friendly design. One of Docebo’s best features is its enterprise readiness, which enables us to deliver content seamlessly to customers, partners, and internal employees—all within one platform.
What do you dislike? While Docebo offers a user-friendly interface and robust enterprise features, it’s important to note that certain functionalities are available only as paid add-ons. For instance, advanced analytics, e-commerce capabilities, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams require additional investment. This approach may necessitate careful consideration of your organization’s specific needs and budget to ensure the platform aligns with your expectations.

What do you like best? I love the AI capabilities within the platform and social elements that are added through the discover, coach, and share module. It also seems as if Docebo is always innovating to expand the capabilities and keep pace with the technology advancements.
What do you dislike? On one hand it's nice that there are so many add-on features because you can customize your platform features, but it would be nice to have some more features within the platform without the add-on expense.

What do you like best? I have over 10 years of experience in the education sector, with more than 8 years as an LMS Administrator and EdTech Manager. During this time, I've worked with various Learning Management Systems and EdTech tools. Recently, I transitioned to using Docebo LMS, and I must say, it’s an all-in-one solution suitable for both industrial and educational applications. I’m particularly impressed by its advanced features and seamless integration capabilities.
What do you dislike? I’ve noticed some complexity with notifications and triggers, particularly when it comes to updating both internal and external clones simultaneously to keep both branches in sync.

What do you like best? Any queries that we have had have been quickly managed. The roadmap is incredible and they have assisted us with implementing new features to improve the user experience which has earned us several awards this year.
What do you dislike? At times the reporting can be very manual, but the team listened to this query and it has been announced in their new features that this is on the roadmap, we cannot fault them as a vendor.

What do you like best? One of Docebo's main advantages is its intuitive interface. Common operations, such as enrolling in courses, managing content, and tracking learners' progress, are straightforward and quick to perform. Docebo perfectly adapts to the diverse needs of our organization. The variety of features offered by Docebo is truly impressive. Highlights include advanced course management, integrated e-commerce, social learning, mobile learning, and robust reporting capabilities.
What do you dislike? While regular updates are generally positive as they introduce new features and improvements, they can sometimes be a bit too frequent. This can lead to temporary disruptions or the need to quickly adapt to changes, which can be a source of frustration for some users. Another aspect that could be improved is customer support. There have been reports of a help desk that does not always provide immediate and precise responses. Although the staff is generally friendly and helpful.

What do you like best? We were able to take both external and internal training that had been housed in several different LMS locations and migrate it all over to Docebo. I found the interface and usability very intuitive.
What do you dislike? Like most LMS for the corporate world that I've used or viewed, it still lacks a comprehensive reporting system that allows me to create the reports that I need. There are quite a few reports and they do serve a the basic needs - but for the population I train and develop for, we need something much more robust. We are still importing raw data into another application to get what we need.

What do you like best? I like all of the different ways you can learn when you are just getting started. I love Docebo Champions! I can complete "asks" and earn points I can use towards Awards. Also, I find the Docebo Community site is a fantastic place to go for help or answers.
What do you dislike? It is incredibly overwhelming when you first start your training. It needs more "hierarchy" charts, like Events are in Sessions, which are in Courses, which could also be in a Learning Plan; to be able to see it visually in order.

What do you like best? We've now been using Docebo for almost 6 years. I m so happy to see how their their platform has been progressing over the years, and our team making sure to take advantage of all the new features that have been released over the years (especially their AI). I would also like to thank all the CSMs we had over these years.
What do you dislike? As said earlier, Docebo is a powerful platform and new features are launched all the time. It will be hard for someone new to master all these different areas. It's been quite a journey!

What do you like best? I like how everything is rooted in a few core features of our LMS and once you have a solid understanding of those it is quite easy to navigate. Building pages, learning plans, and courses is easy to do.
What do you dislike? There is not a lot of customization with the look and feel of the LMS. This could be good or bad. For someone who isn't tech savvy, it is quite easy to use and build pages; however, for someone who is, it can be limiting. Integration with other programs is quite poor (primarily Microsoft Teams for us).

What do you like best? At its core, Docebo is designed to enhance the eLearning experience. It supports a wide range of content types,&integrates seamlessly with various third-party tools&content providers. The platform's robust features for course creation, delivery, and tracking make it an ideal solution for organizations looking to implement effective and efficient eLearning programs. Additionally, its advanced analytics &reporting tools provide valuable insights into learner performance and course effectiveness.
What do you dislike? Docebo can be complex for new users to navigate. The extensive features and customizable options, while powerful, can be overwhelming for those not familiar with the platform. Some users find the user interface to be less intuitive compared to other LMS platforms. This can make it difficult for new users to locate and utilize the features they need efficiently.

However, if there is extreme amount of customization and integrations like advanced API's needed then, one may have to incur more charges by opting for Connect. Besides I think, add on features like Connect, analytics should be free in sandbox for testing.

Docebo's Support stands out. It's among the best I've encountered in LMSs. Their real-time solutions exceed expectations.
What do you dislike? My background is in academic LMSs. Docebo is my first corporate LMS, and I've been using it for three years now. Compared to academic LMSs, Docebo falls short in terms of active learning, social learning, integrated 3rd-party learning, creating learning environments, and visually appealing content. What do you dislike? It keeps evolving, there are elements of inconsistent user interface but that's manageable, because it's only in the backend. Biggest gripe is that the customization could go even further. New code rolls out regularly and only once in over two years did the new code cause problems.
What do you dislike? Its major weakness is the inability to archive old content well. All you can do is set it back to the same status as if you were building an unreleased course. It can get confusing on large catalogs of courses. It also doesn't unenroll people from archived courses. This significant weakness is offset by how strong the rest of the platform is.

What do you dislike? There are a few features that could use some improvement, such as the certificate designer and the My Team function.

What do you like best? Docebo is one of the best platforms we have used as a business. It has enabled us to store all our learning in one place. It is easy to design to your organisation and has a good user interface. You can easily upload videos, documents, webinars and the administrator side is fairly straightforward to use. The support has been excellent, if you do have a problem Docebo do come back to you to help sort.
What do you dislike? The analytics could be better and some improvements have come at an extra cost to the business like Connect which is a must if you want your calendar appointment to work well with the LMS.

What do you like best? I like how flexible the system is (e.g., customised css) and that there is a growing community of customers that you can engage with, and who try and assist each other (e.g., implementation, best practices). The system is also very customisable and has many options to meet your current and growing needs. While we don't use all the intergrations they offer, it is encouraging knowing they are available and always being added to.
What do you dislike? The community of customers using the system constantly post requests for enhancements - these often don't appear in the core product or take a long time to implement even with high votes to support the suggested feature. Some admin tasks cannot be automated or made easier (bulk upload of Learning objects, no way to change the default settings of options, etc.)

What do you like best? With the partnership of Docebo, we are able to provide a highly personalized, accessible, and educational platform where both new and existing users can advance their education. Features like Reports are then optimized to ensure the success of the user's learning journey. With a strong foundation in education, users can then strengthen their confidence to practice/build upon what they’ve learned with features such as Discover, Coach & Share, while being recognized and rewarded for achievements.
What do you dislike? While the current Docebo features allow us to accomplish what we need and more for a successful LMS, there are features that I wish were more streamlined -- for example, unenrolling users from courses or learning plans, activating Power Users, etc. -- to reach the end goal and required less steps. Docebo does, however, have a community that allows customers to provide feature requests and it’s common for features to get implemented -- meaning that customers are listened to by the Docebo Team.

What do you like best? It was easy to create our custom platform. The training team was able to do this without help from IT experts and only occasional help from our Docebo team. That says a ton when it comes to time, money and administrator experience. No need to pay for project management or Third Party services at all. A team of two built it in about 3 months while working our typical responsibilities.
What do you dislike? The only feature that we wish was different to serve our needs, if the checklist feature. The results of the fields are not available in reports. Checklists really need to be integrated with the reporting function.

What do you like best? Tailoring to our specific requirements, we successfully established the platform in just three months. We benefited from regular weekly check-ins with the Docebo team, which effectively ensured we stayed on course and met our goals. Any inquiries we had were met with prompt and responsive support. Bi-weekly progress review calls were instrumental in monitoring our advancement and evaluating platform performance.
What do you dislike? Regarding improvements, while I recognize the challenge of catering to diverse customer needs, I do believe there's an opportunity to enhance the integration between traditional courses and the newer social learning elements on the platform. Merging internally created content with off-the-shelf eLearning within a single course would greatly enhance the user experience.

What do you like best? The ability to customize the platform for different user experiences. For example, different experiences for new hires, employees, managers, admins, and leadership. We used this capability to create an experience that automatically routes users to the right experience based on their data criteria. If someone is a new hire, they will get the onboarding experience for the first 30 days, then move to the employee or manager experience to start their targeted learning journey.
What do you dislike? There are a few features that could use some minor improvements. One my organization struggles with is the calendar invites for VILT courses. It's hard to get people to download the calendar invite. We could do an integration with outlook, but haven't wanted to pay extra for that service.

What do you like best? Clean, professional interface makes our learning platform look impressive to our employees and customers. Course administrators can make a solid, professional, easy-to-navigate course without having to be an expert at design.
What do you dislike? Reporting capabilities can be cumbersome to use; often it requires exporting a report in Excel or CSV format and doing more work to process it into the results you want. Not all menus are intuitive either, and features can hide in tricky places where you just have to learn and memorize where they are. Methods for displaying unique customized content to different users are very tricky to figure out and prone to failure.

What do you like best? We love the ease and customizable options tht Docebo provides for us. The integration with Salesforce is a key factor in our business, allowing our customers to have access to the training that they need, and not extra things for products they haven't purchased. It removes the need to manually assign content, as the system knows who needs what. It also allows our CSMs, and Support team to see what accounts have consumed training. Overall, it has helped decrease time to onboard and help tickets.
What do you dislike? My only complaint would be that the ever-important SF integration is buggy, and we have had a long standing support ticket, as aspects of it keep breaking. Thankfully, the most criticial functions are now stable.

What do you like best? This LMS platform by Docebo is dope! What I like most is that we can create custom training materials for different topics and departments. Developing new training modules or even updating old ones can be done in just a few minutes. With our prior LMS platform, we had to spend weeks for the same result. It's great that we finally got a tool that lets us train internal and external partners, all from one platform.
What do you dislike? Sometimes we want to create the training modules offline; one cannot have an internet connection all the time. Or we might need some time off the radar to give shape to new ideas. That's why I'd wish Docebo would allow us to create dynamic modules. Maybe they should add some relevant integrations im future updates.

What do you dislike? Because of so many features, the learning curve is quite steep. If something doesn't go as expected then it's difficult to trouble shoot. More separation of content and users for the extended enterprise would also be a plus. We find we need to limit our admins and power users quite significantly and created a lot of external governance documentation in order to be confident that the right content got to the right people and no mistakes were made.

What do you like best? This program makes learning a piece of cake. My colleagues and I use it to learn more skills surrounding different job roles. I like that it easy to use. The system is very intuitive, and it makes the learning process even easier. The best feature for me (if I can call it that way) is having mobile access. The app is great, and I like taking courses on my phone when commuting.
What do you dislike? As with all programs, I've noticed some glitches. I've seen the screen freeze several times... Also, there were times it would take a long time to load, but it might have been my internet connection. I don't know. Overall it has made a good impression. I like it.

What do you like best? This LMS tool has helped our employees learn quickly and efficiently. Choose Docebo if you want to prepare your team for projects that need different skill sets. It allows you to leverage diverse content and grow your teams. It feels reassuring that we now have a tool that gives us the means to provide efficient training not only for current employees but also for new ones. It's altered our onboarding completely!
What do you dislike? Can't think of something to complain about. I'm very happy with its easy-to-navigate interface. Even newbies had no problem finding their way during onboarding. I love that new employees complete training successfully and can be ready to take up new projects faster. There were a few cases where employees couldn't log in, but I wouldn't consider it a con.

What do you like best? For me, the top reasons for choosing Docebo are a) its pricing and b) its features. Rolling out the LMS was very easy and simple. It has now become essential tool for the daily learning initiatives in our company. The platform gives you great control as there are many customization options. I do like the customer reporting and the white-label experience, which works like a charm. Setting up a variety of views for different departments and roles has been very useful for our admins.
What do you dislike? The version I have doesn't include social learning and learning insights, but they do offer both as additional modules and at an extra cost.

What do you like best? Docebo is a great option if you want to allow access at any moment. I like how intuitive the mobile version is. We do have many people on the field, so we needed a tool with rich features and easy access. I'm glad we found Docebo! The platform accepts multiple formats, which is another plus. You can use scorm, videos, audio, images and even add embedded objects. Very happy with it!
What do you dislike? On the admin side, it takes a while to figure things out. After getting the hang of it, it has tons of features to try out. Reports and other statistics are really helpful to find gaps and improve learning for my team. The 13 day demo is more than enough to try out functions and see if it's the right software for you.

What do you like best? It's my first choice when I want to create training fast. Docebo's features are great, though I'd like to see some additions. However, I'm OK with that since they are constantly improving and releasing new features. It's good to know that they listen to our needs. For my company, it's an ideal match!!
What do you dislike? I would like to know beforehand when an update is about to happen. For example, I wanted more info about the video resolution capabilities. I'm designing and creating lots of training videos for my company (and for external partners), so it's only natural to want to know what's coming up. Don't leave us in the dark, people!

What do you dislike? Skill validation is critical in healthcare training. I would like to see better dashboards and manager oversight to competencies and compliance standards. What do you like best? The main reason I decided to start using an LMS in the first place was the fact that I wanted to create a learning organization within the company. Docebo is great, as it is very easy to learn and use. We started using multiple modalities within a few days. Companies in different industries can leverage Docebo to improve employee performance. It's also great if you want to use it for customer success as well.
What do you dislike? If you want to take full advantage of all its features, it might take you some time as other aspects are more complex. However, having used several LMSs before, it was expected. Rome wasn't built in a day... The support team at Docebo is very supportive, though. So, it's all good for me!

What do you like best? I was the first to throw my hat off when we finally moved away from the old LMS we had. Oh, boy was it slow and complex... Thanks to Docebo, we saved so much time and peace of mind. The whole team is happy about this transition as well. It feels fantastic to have new intuitive software that will help us achieve our goals. I'd give it 10 for the user experience on all levels (admins, learners, external partners, etc.).
What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to mark all attendees that have completed an ILT course with one go. I haven't quite found my way around that. Hence, I have to evaluate each student individually. From what I know, other users had this feature request; I hope they add it to the list soon. Also, it would be a good idea to increase the size limit for video content and SCORM (now it's at 800MB if I'm not mistaken).

What do you like best? This is my go-to LMS recommendation, for sure! Being a flexible platform gives you the sense that you can achieve almost everything you have in mind. It's been 2 years since the implementation, but there's always something new to learn and try. If you're looking for a customizable tool, it's a fantastic option. Great for international audiences as well since it has multi-language support. I find it very intuitive, and so do our users. Yet to hear a complaint!
What do you dislike? Their roadmap is a bit aggressive. As a result, occasionally, you'll see bugs when new releases are launched. For some administrative tasks, I'd like to be able to navigate with fewer clicks. However, it's not hard at all. I like how responsive their help desk is. With our previous LMS, I had a bad experience. So, I am happy that Docebo is on top of things and ready to assist anytime.

What do you like best? This platform is very clean and gives you an up-to-date feel. Both internal and external users loved it right from the start. Seems to be very easy to navigate, even for someone who has never used an LMS.
What do you dislike? If I have to think of an improvement, I'd say that is not being able to include the certificate of completion when sending the automated email saying congrats to the learner. It would be easier for the user to click the email and get it rather than visit the course again to download it. Other than that, we loved everything about Docebo.

What do you like best? First of all, it's very simple to deploy. That's why I love cloud-based software :) Plenty of good things to mention... user-friendliness being the best of them. Docebo is easy-to-use and allows you to upload learning content in different ways. The functions regarding automation are outstanding! The whole admin team was super excited about that.
What do you dislike? Current pricing might be something to consider. For example, the 350 active users package might be less competitive. But then again, it depends on the active users you need to have. At least you pay for what you need. I suggest you take a shot at the trial version. That's what we did, and it helped us get a better idea of the platform's quality as well as see the functionality up close.

Docebo enables you to share engaging training, including videos, gaming, and virtual 3D visits. For me, its full SCORM support and being feature-rich makes it a No.1 choice.
What do you dislike? Their customer support has been superb no far; no complaints there. I wish they had a more flexible pricing model... It might be one of the best LMS tools in the market, but there are more afforadble fits for small organizations.

What do you like best? I like how customizable Docebo is. We are able to change the verbage used throughout the LMS, determine when we do/dont want notifications sent out as well as the lanuage used in them, customize homepages for each department, etc. It is also very powerful and has a bright future with it's focus on analytics and AI. They are transparent with their roadmap and take customer ideas into consideration.
What do you dislike? - Reporting: not customizable enough; unable to export user/manager list has caused some issues. - Survey functionality: Better internal survey functionality (want to require answers to questions, more answer choices, use same survey for many courses & able to tell which course it was filled out for) - Commenting/rating courses: we want to listen to our learners, but this is difficult b/c we can't see the # of ratings per course and we aren't notified when someone leaves a comment. -

What do you like best? The chat to have technical support (not a bot, real humans!). The mobile app and the possibility to create customized pages in the platform. This last function allows to create custom dashboard for different group of users.
What do you dislike? Some bugs in new releases that caused issues both for administrators and users. I expect more testing before the realese of a new version.

What do you like best? I like Docebo layout and its flexibility. I can create a course exactly the way I want and I can customize homepage and static pages.
What do you dislike? Sometimes finding useful options can become a little tricky because they're hidden, so this requires some extra effort.

What do you like best? Docebo is by far the best LMS we have used. With it, we can easily manage a large number of users, track their progress, and create reports from their activity. The user interface is simple yet is feature packed on both the admin and learner side.
What do you dislike? Because the trial period is so short with evaluating this system, I recommend that the testers have time set aside to maximize this opportunity.

What do you like best? Docebo is an awesome tool that enables you to create a new comprehensive course just in a few clicks. This ease of the program's operation makes Docebo a suitable solution for non-techno-savvy users.
What do you dislike? There is basically nothing to complain about, which is already quite a rarity when it comes to different tools. Some of our employees had problems with logging in, but that occurred that rarely that it's hard to consider it an issue.

What do you like best? It's highly customizable. The multiple-language support is great for our international audience, as well as the ability to alter terms across the platform with the click of a button (ex. change Learning Plans to Learning Paths everywhere it appears).
What do you dislike? Improvements and platform updates come with a lot of bugs as it makes sense but their team is very responsive

What do you like best? I did a lot of research into the features of various LMS platforms and an even deeper dive into the organizations developing them before changing LMS Platforms. Docebo was on my short list from the beginning just based on reviews and the list of features they offered, however, the more I researched the company I found they continue to innovate beyond the boundaries of most LMS platforms. The system far exceeded my expectations. The implementation team is a true partner in our success.
What do you dislike? The way you administer the system is different than our previous system, however, it has been a quick process to learn how to perform the tasks I need to complete. So far the system is exceeding my expectations.

What do you like best? Great LMS platform for my company's online learning. Seems to have potential, but we haven't used it much yet. I like how information is transmitted through the system. Certainly more attractive than a PPT presentation...
What do you dislike? Please add more integrations. The main reason we didn't use it that much is that we didn't integrate it with our other applications.

What do you like best? A true Moodle with just the right amount of extras. Constant improvement with development in the right areas
What do you dislike? frequent updates to the system sometimes incur unforeseen changes that are sometimes frustrating. Docebo's constant improvement means I can't always find my favorite features, but opening a support ticket (which I can do from within the software) to the helpdesk gets me in the right direction quickly.
