Scottish Cookery Evening

On 23rd March, the Edinburgh Study Centre hosted an evening of Scottish Cookery for UCEAP Scotland students.

The top instructors at the school taught the students how to make cheese scones, hot smoked salmon pate and Forfar bridies, which are a kind of meat pastry. With access to top-quality kitchen tool and appliances, the night was surely a tasty success.
