History and a Bite To Eat

DSC_0215On 21 April 2016, the Edinburgh Study Centre took our UCEAP Scotland participants on a walking food tour of the city.

Led by tour guide Julie, the students were taken through DSC_0249
both Old and New Town and given an account of the rich history of the city with multiple food tasting stops in between.

The students learned more about the grisly history and rich cultural heritage of Edinburgh while sampling some of the finest traditional fare at local restaurants.
