Whilst studying abroad in the United Kingdom and Ireland with UCEAP, students are introduced to countless opportunities to enhance their experience. Some students become involved with societies, sports and other extra-curricular activities at their host universities – many of whom benefit from the Melanie Woiwode Memorial Grant and Student Support Scholarship to help them fund these pursuits. Others take part in the Mentorship or Student Rep programmes coordinated by the UCEAP London Study Centre, and cultivate friendships with UC alumni and students living in England. UCEAP also organises many events throughout the year for students, from a Thanksgiving celebration to an overnight trip in spring. How will you get involved while you study abroad?
